Abstract The phenomenon of white fast movers is barely understood in any scientific terms yet. However, the most crucial implication of the data is their seemingly extremely fast speed of travel, intentional steering and a shape not resembling anything else well described in the literature. The signals in the videos are very likely not caused by a common animal or a human-made vehicle, a known natural phenomenon or something else similarly mundane. But we can conclude with a high degree of certainty that the effects are caused by actual external sources of light or reflection and are not hoaxed or caused by optical or digital effects of the lens or camera. The goal of whitefastmovers.org is a further investigation of the WFM phenomenon leading to a proposal of a satisfactory scientific explanation.

In summary, not one very convincing explanation for the WFM phenomenon is available yet, and much more further empirical investigation is necessary. Available but not very convincing explanations, given today's knowledge, are non-human observing or messaging phenomena, secret military technology using knowledge about non-published physics and technology, or a completely new kind of animal that stands biologically far apart from the animal kingdom as taxonomists described it so far. All of these results imply scientific assumptions of great magnitude and motivate me, and maybe others, to deeper investigate the phenomenon of white fast movers.

I plan the following future measures to achieve my goal of a better scientific understanding of WFMs:

research the web for further good WFM footage,

reach out to other originators, particularly to hobbyist drone pilots, to gather further interesting WFM footage,

operate and expand my WFM observatory as described in a scientific observatory, and

encourage and consult others who are interested in further investigating WFMs or setting up an observatory.
